Our home visit service is designed for maximum convenience, transparency, and personalized care to meet your specific health needs. Pricing Structure ✔ Base Rate: $250 (Covers up to 10 miles from our clinic) ✔ Additional Mileage Fee: $5 per mile beyond the initial 10 miles Example Calculation: 📍 Distance: 15 miles from the clinic 💰 Base Rate: $250 🚗 Mileage Fee: (5 miles × $5) = $25 🔹 Total Cost: $275 What’s Included in Our Home Visit Service? Cancellation Policy
At ProVision Acupuncture, we provide exceptional care in the comfort of your home. Due to the logistical preparation and travel involved in mobile acupuncture services, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy to ensure smooth operations and fairness for all patients. Deposits & Payment Policy Non-Refundable Deposit – A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your home visit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and will be applied to the final session cost. Mileage Fee Considerations – Any additional mileage fees beyond the included distance must be prepaid at the time of booking. Final Payment – The remaining balance will be collected at the time of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48-Hour Notice Required – Due to the additional scheduling and travel involved, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations (Less than 48 Hours) – Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Same-Day Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours) – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total session fee. Rescheduling Limit – You are allowed one reschedule per deposit. If you need to reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required, and the original deposit will be forfeited. Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy 15-Minute Grace Period – If you are not available within 15 minutes of our arrival, we will attempt to contact you. No-Show Policy – If we do not receive a response within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be automatically canceled and will be considered a no-show, resulting in a charge of 50% of the session fee. Delays Due to Location Access Issues – If we are unable to access your home or building (e.g., locked gates, security restrictions) and cannot reach you within 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled as a no-show, and applicable charges will apply. Late Fee for Delayed Start – If your appointment starts more than 15 minutes late due to patient-related delays, a 50% late fee will be added to the final session cost.
