How to Schedule?
1. VERIFY INSURANCE (IF APPLICABLE)
If you're using insurance, check your coverage through our Verify My Insurance page. Insurance verification typically takes 1-3 business days. If additional information is required, we will contact you.
2. SUBMIT CONSENT FORMS
Complete the required forms online via our Online Consent Form page before your visit.
3. CHOOSE SERVICE, DATE & TIME
Visit our Booking Page to select your treatment, date, and time. A small deposit may be required and will be applied toward your visit.

About Your Appointment
HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments open every other month for the upcoming two months. To stay updated, sign up for notifications on our website or follow us on Instagram so you never miss an opening.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
We do not accept walk-ins. All appointments are by reservation only to ensure personalized care. Please book online or contact us to schedule your session.
WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES?

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable but will be applied to the final session cost.

To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

You are allowed one reschedule per deposit. Additional rescheduling will require a new deposit, and the initial deposit will be forfeited.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?

If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

No-Show Policy: If you do not notify us and do not respond to our email within 15 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show, and your reservation will be canceled.

Late Fee: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late (even with prior notice), a late fee equivalent to your session rate will be added to your final cost.

Initial Visit: 60–90 minutes (Includes consultation & evaluation)

About Your Treatment
HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED TO SEE RESULTS?
The number of sessions varies for each person, depending on body type, health condition, and recovery speed. While some may feel improvement after just a few sessions, chronic conditions often require more consistent care.
To get a better estimate, we recommend scheduling an initial visit, where we’ll assess your condition and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your health goals.
I WANT TO GET ADDITIONAL TREATMENT. DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR YOUR SCHEDULES TO REOPEN?
No, returning patients are always prioritized. If you'd like additional sessions, email us anytime to request an appointment, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you—even if our schedule is full.


Pricing & Packages
We offer flexible pricing and package options to accommodate your treatment needs. Whether you require single sessions or a series of treatments, our packages provide savings and convenience.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following payment methods:

Cash, Checks, HSA, FSA, Zelle, and Most Major Credit Cards

If paying via Zelle, please ensure your app is set up and your transaction limit is checked before your appointment.

Venmo is not accepted.
Insurance & Personal Injury
DO YOU ACCPET ANY INSURANCES?
We accept most PPO insurance plans, as well as some HMO and other plans. However, please note that insurance does not cover services related to eye conditions, cosmetic procedures, or reproductive wellness treatments.
For Medicare patients, acupuncture may be covered only for chronic low back pain, and only if you have secondary insurance that covers acupuncture.
*Insurance verification is NOT a guarantee of payment. Final coverage depends on your insurance provider's determination.
DO YOU TAKE PERSONAL INJURY CASES?
Yes, we handle personal injury cases, including auto accident injuries, whiplash, and other trauma-related conditions.
Effective pain management after an injury requires a customized approach. We conduct detailed assessments to identify the root cause of pain and develop personalized treatment plans. Our focus is on non-surgical, non-invasive, and opioid-free pain relief strategies, with acupuncture as a core treatment to restore balance, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery.

DO YOU TAKE WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASE?
Yes, we accept workers' compensation cases for work-related injuries. We can help facilitate your claim and provide acupuncture treatments as part of your recovery and rehabilitation plan.
