Cancellation Policy
At ProVision Acupuncture, we provide expert acupuncture treatments at your event or private gathering. To ensure a seamless and efficient service, please review our mobile acupuncture service policy below. 1. Booking & Scheduling Advance Booking Required: We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Minimum Service Requirement: Some events may require a minimum number of sessions or hours, depending on event size and location. 2. Service Area & Travel Fees Standard Service Area: Mobile acupuncture services are available within a designated radius of our clinic. Travel Fees: Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Please contact us for confirmation. 3. Treatment Setup Event Organizers Must Provide: A quiet, clean treatment area away from main event activities for privacy and effectiveness. Adequate seating, lighting, and accessibility to ensure a comfortable treatment space. 4. Health & Safety Pre-Treatment Screening: All attendees must complete a brief health questionnaire before treatment to identify any contraindications. Sanitation & Hygiene: Our licensed practitioners adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure safe and effective treatments. 5. Payment & Cancellations Deposit & Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 48+ hours in advance qualify for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the event will forfeit the deposit. 6. Liability & Waivers Waiver Requirement: All attendees must sign a liability waiver before receiving treatment. Event Organizer Responsibility:The organizer must ensure they have valid insurance coverage for event activities. While we provide treatments with utmost care and professionalism, ProVision Acupuncture is not liable for unforeseen incidents. 7. Feedback & Follow-Up Your feedback matters!
